Livestream produces a wide array of integrated live video broadcasting products across the web, desktop, mobile and hardware devices. We are looking for a motivated electrical & firmware engineer to join the Hardware Products team in our Brooklyn headquarters, New York.
In addition to being an outstanding electrical designer, you should understand the subtleties of robust design and design validation, manufacturable solutions, and circuits that behave reliably. You will need to easily collaborate with other electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, assembly technicians and industrial designers toward cohesive, elegant solutions.
Ideally you will also have a strong experience writing firmware on embedded Linux systems and perfect candidates will have prior experience with Ambarella or other video encoding chipsets. We are in the process of building a manufacturing facility in our new Brooklyn headquarters to serve our growing line of professional and prosumer electronic hardware, and you will also be closely involved in that process.
