Livestream develops a wide array of integrated products across web, desktop, mobile and hardware devices. In the Client Support Specialist role, agents are the main point of contact between the producers on site and the customers viewing the live broadcast. Agents are responsible for handling emails, and monitoring live content while chatting with our producers who have questions or concerns about technical issues with their equipment or services.

The Livestream Client Support Specialist position assumes many varied responsibilities, which include but are not limited to the following:

  • Work with Production teams all over the globe to support live streaming of events 24/7.
  • Provide basic support for Livestream's hardware and software products.
  • Work closely with developers, designers and content development staff.
  • Influence the product roadmap by gathering feedback from our customers.

Ideal skill set:

  • All applicants MUST have hands on experiencing, understanding and working knowledge of video production workflows to be considered. 
  • Bachelors level education or above
  • At least 1 year of experience in the production industry.
  • Demonstrated job stability.
  • Solid computer, grammar, typing and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work late nights and weekends. This is a 24/7 operation.
